About us
LIGHTHOUSE SCHOOL is a private, independent, Christian school.
OUR HISTORY
Lighthouse School has been founded in 2018. It has been a member of the AESCEM (Association des Etablissements Scolaires Chrétiens Evangeliques de Madagascar) since then.
At LIGHTHOUSE SCHOOL, we strive to prepare students for college, for life and for eternity.
We partner with families to create a warm and enriching environment where your precious little one can blossom.
Our goal is to ignite a lifelong love of learning while building a strong foundation in academics and Christian values.
Imagine your child developing the character traits that will guide them throughout their lives – all within a supportive, joyful and God centered community.
Our Core Values
At Lighthouse School, our values shape every part of our mission — spiritually, academically, and in service.

Dependence on God
We rely on the inexhaustible resources of God in the power of the Holy Spirit for everything in our life.

Passion for Christ
Our love for Jesus Christ fuels and is the first motivation of our commitment to advance His cause.

Integrity
We consistently integrate God’s character into our thoughts, our words and our deeds.

Excellence
We aim to reflect the infinite worth of God in the quality of our service, to give our best and do our maximum.

Unity
To testify the “Peace” that Jesus’s cross symbolizes, we strive to keep a God-glorifying unity among all of us.
OUR AIMS
- We aim to educate our students:
to know the Lord Jesus Christ, the Light of the World,(John 8:12) and to have a personal relationship with Him.
to be “salt and light” in their community (Matt 5:13-16)
- We desire them to recognize cultural influences as distinct from Biblical truth.
- We desire them to be equipped with knowledge and the wisdom to use it.

OUR MISSIONS
In partnership with parents,
we train our students to be servants for the Lord’s work (Character)
we teach academics, to attain excellence with Christian perspective (Knowledge)
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe the Bible to be God-inspired, infallible, and the supreme authority for all faith and life (II Tim 3:16 – John 1:1).
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ (John 10:30), His virgin birth (Matt 1:22–23), sinless life (II Cor 5:21), atoning death (Acts 20:28 – Rom 5:6–11), resurrection (Matt 28:5–6), ascension, and return (Acts 1:9–11 – Heb 4:14–15).
Humans were created in God’s image but fell into sin; only those born of the Holy Spirit are saved (John 3:5–8).
The Holy Spirit convinces, indwells, guides, and empowers believers for godly living and service (Acts 1:8).
Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life (John 14:6 – I John 5:12 – I Tim 2:5).
Resurrection of both saved and lost: saved to life with the Lord, lost to judgment and punishment (Acts 17:30–31).
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ (I Cor 12:12 – Gal 3:28 – Col 3:15).
